The National Security Speakers' Program sends nationally recognized professors, senior military officers, homeland security experts, and other prominent individuals to speak to groups throughout the United States. Drawing on the university's faculty and staff, the program features discussions of the most pressing national security issues.

The National Defense University Foundation’s Corporate Conferences and Symposia offer corporations the opportunity to receive top-level briefings from the leading thinkers on national security policy. Drawn from the faculty and staff of the National Defense University, presenters offer rare insights from the cutting edge of national defense.

Gettysburg Battlefield Weekend

The National Defense University Foundation’s Gettysburg Battlefield Weekend seeks to illuminate the strategies and decision-making that marked America’s most famous battle. Administered by the National Defense University’s esteemed civil war historians, the program includes a visit to the hallowed ground on which the Battle of Gettysburg was fought and an in-depth discussion of the men whose words and deeds have influenced generations of American leaders.
